Caroluspoort Private Game Reserve is situated just  35 km east of Prince Albert (turn into Pastorie Street in Prince Albert and follow the gravel road for 35 km, Caroluspoort is on the left).  The reserve comprises 11 000 hectares of Karoo plains, valleys and acacia lined riverbeds.  It is home to a wide variety of antelope including Gemsbok, Eland, Zebra, Black Wildebees, Red Hartebees, Springbok and Klipspringer; other smaller mammals; reptiles and birds.  

Ideal for small groups or families, the reserve offers serviced, self-catering accommodation for 14 people in 3 cottages with 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have en-suite bathrooms.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the many picturesque picnic spots available.  Sundowners are highly recommended on the various koppies offering spectacular views of the distant mountains.  The clear night skies afford breathtaking views of the star filled heavens.   

 

Rates

R250 per person per day.   

R100 per child (ages 8-12), children under 8 stay free.  

R500 per person (single supplement)
