Olienhof is set on an olive farm and the cottages 

and caravan sites are surrounded by trees. 

Kalamata:  fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bed, toilet and shower.

Mission:  fully equipped kitchen, 1 double & 2 single beds, bath

Leccino:  fully equipped kitchen, 1 double & 1 single bed, bath.

Each cottage is fully furnished. There are superb private braai areas. We do not have television. The cottages provide excellent value for money at R120 per person per day.

Pets are welcome but only by prior arrangement.

Caravan and camping sites

Our caravan and camping sites are provided with electricity, showers with hot and cold water and washing up facilities. The sites cost R40 per person per day.

Things to do

The Olienhof Cottages and Caravan Park lie on the outskirts of Prince Albert. Birders will be delighted with the wide variety of bird life. A pair of spotted eagle owls have raised their chicks here for the past five years. Head into the village (it's an easy walk) to visit the Museum, Art Gallery, curio shops, weavery and farm stalls. There are several excellent restaurants and coffee shops and some interesting guided walks, including a Ghost Walk.

Day drives will take you into the Swartberg Pass, to 'The Hell', Meiringspoort, the ostrich farms and sights of Oudtshoorn, the port wine farms of Calitzdorp or the Karoo National Park at Beaufort West.

Or just lie back and relax at Olienhof!
